GlobalShop, the annual store design and in-store marketing show, was held in March at Chicago's McCormick Place and drew more than 17,000 attendees. The show provided the latest and greatest in products and services for retail design and in-store marketing from more than 800 vendors of store
Five industry-specific pavilions included Store Fixturing; POP Marketplace; Visual Merchandising; Store Design & Operations and Digital Store.

This year's GlobalShop included the New Product Showcase, an exclusive collection of new items, beautifully merchandised, of course.
Sessions at GlobalShop included a presentation of the "In-Store Advertising Measurement Study" from the Convenience Store Phase of Point of Purchase Advertising International and Prime Consulting Group; reaching and courting the growing U.S. Hispanic population; effectively using consumer research to develop in-store advertising; and the impact of in-store advertising on category sales.
GlobalShop 2004 will take place March 22-24 at the Sands Expo & Convention Center at The Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino in Las Vegas.
