Introducing International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York.

Show producers of New York Restaurant & Foodservice Show have announced plans to change its name to International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York (IRFSS of NY) to better reflect the changing needs of today's restaurant & hospitality industry. The annual IRFSS of NY will

move to the upstairs hall of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City, with new show dates--January 19- 21, 2003.

The move to the upstairs hall of the Javits will expand exhibit space to over 130,000 net square feet, widen floor aisles and furnish additional space for the International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York's educational program.

The best opportunity for restaurant & hospitality professionals in the Eastern U.S. and Western Europe to convene in the New York market, IRFSS of NY is owned and sponsored by the New York State Restaurant Association (NYSRA), and produced and managed by Reed Exhibitions (RX).

"We are very excited about the new International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York" said Steven J. Kalman, Industry Vice President, RX. "The new dates and name change reflect our interest in accommodating requests for expanded exhibit and educational seminar space from our U.S. and international participants."

Products and services on the show floor will extend beyond the core foundation of the event to include restaurant design, and international exhibitor participation.

Added Kalman, "As trends and dynamics within the restaurant and hospitality industry evolve, International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York will expand to reflect those changes."
