Kuka Robotics Corp., Clinton Township, Mich., has signed Transbotics Corp., Charlotte, N.C., and Automation Engineering Corp. (AEC), Greenville, S.C., as new system partners. Transbotics Corp., an integrated solutions provider specializing in automated guided vehicles and automation technology, will integrate Kuka Robotics' industrial robots into its automatic material handling systems. AEC will integrate Kuka robots into its new family of metalcasting cells designed for casting, grinding, polishing and material handling.
