Millhill Child and Family Development Corporation, whose mission is to offer continuous service to Trenton-area abused and neglected children and their families, has selected Richardson Management Group, LLC (RMG) to take over operation of their newly purchased buildings. The center, which includes

"Since Millhill was no longer leasing the property, it made sense for them to bring in an outside management team to handle the day-today management of the physical plant so they could focus on caring for the children and their families," say Michael Pratico, Jr., vice president of RMG. Recognizing that Millhill's decision to retain an outside firm is somewhat progressive, Pratico indicates that it is far more cost effective than hiring a full time, on-site, property manager.
