Fabienne's compassion for others is contagious and adds to the team morale by spreading her humanitarian spirit throughout the company. This past holiday season, in lieu of a company holiday party, Fabienne felt that donating resources and the money typically spent on the party would be a greater reward for the staff. With the support of the entire company, TMM donated to five different charities this season.

Currently, Fabienne is involved in many industry organizations and has served on several committees that support the event planning industry On top of her professional contributions, Fabienne is also very invoked and committed to giving back to her community. She donates and spends numerous hours to support she truly believes in. One of such organizations is the YMCA, for which she has been a dedicated volun and community leader She also created the Build-A-Bike activity, an event in which participants are broken into teams to compete and build a children's bicycle ... at the end of the event, the bikes are donated to a local charity for children.
