Centex announces new affiliate company, CMA Food Group LLP.
Centex Construction Group has announced the formation of a new affiliate company, CMA Food Group LLP, which will focus exclusively on the design and construction of facilities for refrigerated or frozen meat, poultry, dairy, cheese and food processing.
CMA Food Group will offer clients a comprehensive list of services including complete turn-key solutions as well as individual components such as preconstruction, system integration, design/build, financing and program management.
Ron Merrill, President and CEO of CMA, has been associated with processing and packaging operations for over 20 years. CMA Food Group will be headquartered at 3100 McKinnon, Dallas, Texas.
