Why do we always have to wait at the doctor's office

I have an appointment set at 8:00 am; first one so that I can get in and get out right. Wrong, it’s now 8:45 and I am still waiting. What gives? If you and I ran our business this way clients would go someplace else right? Well, it seems that doctors simply don't have to play by that same service rule- and since they are all the same in this regard it is hard to just change. So what do you do?

Why? Because they can... Not for long; doing things the same way for too long will cause a change; and you had better be the one to make that change- or your competitor will.

In business the old rule "customer is king" has never been more true than it is right now- if you are growing your company you had better hang on to the client base you have along the way; and don't make the wait for an hour to get services from you!
