Measure your business as a group and wirth a thermometer....

How are you keeping your company goal in front of your people? At NationLink Wireless® we put up a 5' tall thermometer with our annual goal on it. Then each Friday we select someone to "fill in" with a marker the progress toward the goal. It does make a difference to keep the "visual" out there for everyone to see and by filling it in we all can see our progress.
