Arizona Chapter.

The Arizona Frontier Chapter hosted their 7th Annual NDTA Golf Tournament in observation of National Transportation Week and National Transportation Day. The tournament was held on May 19, 2001, with proceeds over $12,000. This tournament is the major fundraiser for scholarships that the chapter

awards yearly. In the past six years the chapter has awarded scholarships exceeding $50,000. This year the Arizona Frontier Chapter expects to award approximately $10,000 in scholarship funds to deserving college students.

In addition to our annual golf tournament, this past year our chapter presented Christmas gifts to children at Casa De Los Ninos Children's Home in Tucson and to children from needy families in the Tucson area and DavisMonthan Air Force Base.
