The board of directors for Booz Allen Hamilton, in McLean, Va., has elected Gary Cubbage, Douglas E. Himberger, Walter G. McFarland, Carl Salzano and John A. Thomas as the firm's vice presidents for the Washington, D.C. area.
Booz Allen Hamilton also has named Winston P. Wiley--retired associated director of the Central Intelligence Agency for homeland security--a principal in the firm. Working in Booz Allen's office in Falls Church, Va., Wiley will provide management and technical consultations to the national intelligence community and the Department of Homeland Security.
