C & W adds alliance members.

Cushman & Wakefield announces new members in Baltimore and Columbus, Ohio, have been added to the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance. The Alliance now has 14 members in key secondary markets nationally.

The Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, established in January 2002, was created to expand Cushman & Wakefield's client services to specific geographic markets where the firm does not maintain an office. The new members are as follows:

* MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate, which serves the Baltimore metropolitan area

* Grant Street Associates, which serves the Pittsburgh metropolitan area

With extensive knowledge and expertise in their local markets, these finns will provide avenues for Cushman & Wakefield's range of fully integrated real estate services. Additionally, these firms will continue to pro vide real estate services to their clients, locally, while using Cushman & Wakefield's service platform to service them nationally and globally. All three finns will continue to be independently owned and operated, while adding "Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance" to their marketing and collateral material.

"These three firms are excellent additions to the Alliance program," said Dave Lawton, senior managing director, U.S. Operations, Cushman & Wakefield. "MacKenzie, Columbus Commercial and Grant Street will fortify our coverage in the important markets of Baltimore, Columbus and Pittsburgh."
