Cushman & Wakefield announces new members in Baltimore and Columbus, Ohio, have been added to the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance. The Alliance now has 14 members in key secondary markets nationally.
The Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, established in January 2002, was created to expand Cushman & Wakefield's client services to specific geographic markets where the firm does not maintain an office. The new members are as follows:
* MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate, which serves the Baltimore metropolitan area
* Columbus Commercial Realty, (formerly the Welch Co.) which operates in Columbus, Ohio.
* Grant Street Associates, which serves the Pittsburgh metropolitan area
With extensive knowledge and expertise in their local markets, these finns will provide avenues for Cushman & Wakefield's range of fully integrated real estate services. Additionally, these firms will continue to pro vide real estate services to their clients, locally, while using Cushman & Wakefield's service platform to service them nationally and globally. All three finns will continue to be independently owned and operated, while adding "Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance" to their marketing and collateral material.

The 14 Alliance firms, in addition to the three new firms, include: Eason Graham and Sandner of Birmingham, Ala; San Diego Corporate Real Estate Advisors of San Diego, Calif.; Commercial Jacksonville of Jacksonville, Fla; Summit Realty Group of Indianapolis; Northstar Partners of Minneapolis, MN; Kessinger Hunter of Kansas City, Mo.; Commercial Carolina of Raleigh, NC; Cincinnati Commercial of Cincinnati; Commercial Tennessee of Memphis; Nashville Commercial Real Estate Service of Nashville; and Thalhimer of Richmond, Va.
