Three given key assignments at Ohio Logistics

Robert L. Holderman, Vickie M. Kent and Thomas D. Altenbach have been named to key positions with Ohio Logistics; it was announced recently by Charles Bills, president of the company.

Ohio Logistics provides public and contract warehousing through Findlay's Tall Timbers Distribution Center and has a document storage and destruction business. It is expanding its distribution and transportation services to meet - growing customer demand, according to the company.

"Our customers ate requesting that we manage raw material inventory to fill their assembly lines on a daily basis," Bills explains. "At the other end of the production cycle, many companies want us to manage their finished product and ship it to their customers."

Bills said Holderman has-been named general manager of Findlay's Tall Timbers Distribution Center which operates three buildings and over one million square feet of space in Findlay. Kent has been named customer service/administrative manager at Tall Timbers.

Altenbach is the transportation manager directing the operations of the new Transportation Division. This division, which is starting with a fleet of 10 tractors and 60 trailers, will offer straight truck and tractor trailer services to Ohio Logistics customers. It will also provide brokerage services.

Holderman joins Ohio Logistics from Bridgestone APM where he was materials manager. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree from Ohio State University where he majored in Production and Operations Management.
