A new two-day training programme promises to help delegates design training that sticks. Chameleon Training & Consulting's Designing Creative Training Solutions teaches eight 'sticky' techniques which trainers should incorporate to help learners store and recall newly learned information. These

include:

* Engage as many of the learner's senses as possible in the learning process

* Use colourful images and attach colour to new information

* Be different and disrupt expected patterns -- surprise keeps people alert

* Encourage learners to link new information to something they already know.
