Ohio Supreme Court Oks Class Action Against Met Life

The Ohio Supreme Court reversed an appeals court decision denying certification of a class in a suit against Metropolitan Life, and remanded the case back to trial court.

At press time Met I Life spokesman Kevin Foley said he could not comment on the decision because the insurer's attorneys had not yet read it.
