Court rules in Beer brawl.(Fred Dodsworth awarded damages in suit against Beer: The Magazine...

* Fred Dodsworth, editor of Berkeley, California-based Juice, has been awarded close to $400,000 in a two-year-old lawsuit against his former boss, Bill Owens, publisher of Beer: The Magazine. Dodsworth received $247,000 for his 20 percent share of Hayward, California-based Beer, $80,000 in back pay and several thousand more in legal fees, expense reimbursements and penalties, says attorney Scott Kalkin. The decision was announced in April in California Superior Court.
