Sep. 20--A former Fastnet Corp. executive is suing the company alleging termination without cause and is seeking more than $150,000 in back pay, severance and damages.
The filing claims that John Englesson, Fastnet's former executive vice president of sales and marketing, was fired on Aug. 25 after he allegedly took a leave of absence to protest an unannounced $25,000 reduction in his salary.
