Federal Judge Denies Re...uest to Move Rite Aid Trial from Harrisburg, Pa.

Aug. 23--If former Rite Aid Corp. executive Franklin C. Brown wants his federal trial held outside of Harrisburg, he'll have to wait until late September to find out whether prospective jurors are biased against him.

Earlier this week, Brown's attorneys asked U.S. Middle District Senior Judge Sylvia H. Rambo to grant a change of venue because of pre-trial publicity in the case.
