ClearOne Communications Executives Settle with SEC.

Feb. 24--Two former ClearOne Communications executives have settled their long legal disputes with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in a deal that requires them to pay substantial fines.

Frances Flood, the former high-profile chief executive at the West Valley City-based maker of audio and visual conference equipment, and Susie Strohm, the company's former chief financial officer, consented to federal court injunctions that forbid them from any future violations of
