Sunland Park, N.M., Wins Utility Fight.

Aug. 22--The state Supreme Court on Friday agreed with a lower court ruling that the city of Sunland Park owns the embattled Santa Teresa Services Co., putting to rest a seven-year battle over water and sewer services in the southern part of the valley.

In June, the state Court of Appeals agreed with the 3rd District Court ruling that the company belonged to the city.
