Federal Appeals Court Upholds Shutdown of Aimster File-Swapping Service.

Jul. 1--A federal appeals court in Chicago yesterday upheld an injunction that shut down the file-sharing service Aimster to stop its users from illegally swapping copyrighted music recordings.
