Medical Malpractice Award Limit Draws Fire for Harrisburg, Pa., Lawyers.

Apr. 29--Lawyers who handle medical malpractice cases for injured patients say a proposed $250,000 cap on noneconomic damages would mean a person with a strong case could get little compensation for a lifetime of pain and suffering caused by medical mistakes.
