Second Bill to Cut Taxes Is Coming.

Get ready for another round of tax cuts. Congress will wrap up work in the next few weeks on a package reviving a bunch of popular tax breaks that expired at the end of 2005, including the deduction for state and local sales taxes, the research and development tax credit and credits for companies that hire disadvantaged workers.
