Apr. 16-- BOISE, Idaho -- MARCH TAX RECEIPTS BOOST STATE BUDGET: Strong March tax collections have convinced Gov. Dirk Kempthorne's chief economist that revenues will hit the nearly $2.1 billion by June that the governor counted on for his budget.
