WESTMINSTER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 8, 2003

World Am Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:WLDI), whose wholly owned subsidiary, Isotec (www.isotecinc.com), announced today that Mr. Alexander, CEO of World Am, and Chairman Guan of Comfort Virtue Construction

Product Co., Ltd. of Beijing held meetings in the United States during December 2002 in which the parameters of their Joint Venture were outlined and which will lead to a definitive agreement under which they will begin joint manufacture and sales of Isotec Security Products.

The Chairman of Comfort Virtue Construction Product Co., Ltd., Vr. Guan Tie Zheng, and the Chief Executive Officer of Isotec, Inc., Mr. Jim Alexander, met in December 2002 in Westminster, Colo., for a tour of Isotec's facilities and met again in Irvine, Calif., to finalize the terms of their joint venture. The parties have agreed to establish a joint-venture company that will manufacture for the Chinese and overseas markets. Both parties have signed a further memorandum of understanding and have plans to complete the definitive agreement in the very near future.

Mr. Alexander said, "We are pleased with the progress toward making this alliance reality as it will permit Isotec to offer its products at more competitive prices in the international market." Mr. Alexander continued, "Isotec would also be able to make available more cost effective solutions for retail and other public applications within the United States as a result of this association."

Mr. Alexander added: "The synergy of the two companies should result in increased business for each. Comfort is recognized as a top supplier of commercial door and window systems. The Comfort manufacturing facility is located on the north side of Beijing, near the Beijing airport and is situated in a tariff-free economic zone. The definitive agreement is being drafted for our review and execution in the near future."

Isotec is known in the security industry for its "Transparent Security(TM)" systems, which it conceived and developed. The security measures are unobtrusive and non-threatening. For example, its metal detection system in a door opening or hallway is used to detect persons carrying weapons into a building, thereby alerting appropriate security personnel. The system records a photo or video of the event while allowing security an opportunity to evaluate and take appropriate action before the person carrying the unauthorized weapon is alerted.
