VIA E-MAIL--I am an HVACR contractor who is having some problems with my township in New Jersey. The zoning official, council members or planning board and some neighbors think that my HVAC truck is not safe to park in a residential area. They think that we HVAC contractors carry hazardous gases in our truck that can affect neighbors' health. They think that refrigerant is a hazardous substance, and they don't want my truck parked in the neighborhood, which is ridiculous.
