La Verne, Calif., Panel to Consider Proposal for Cyber Cafe.

Aug. 13--LA VERNE, Calif.--La Verne may soon join the ranks of nearby Inland Valley cities that have opened cyber cafes, if Luis Molina has his way.
The La Verne resident says the community will benefit from one of the popular arcade-like centers, fre...uented by adolescent computer-game buffs and role-playing enthusiasts.
"I think it's good for entertainment value," Molina said. "There's not much for kids to do in La Verne. I know from growing up here."
