Developer to Build $10 Million Apartment Complex in Bridgeport, Conn.

Jun. 20--BRIDGEPORT, Conn.--Mayor John M. Fabrizi revealed Thursday that a developer is planning to build a $10 million apartment complex in the Black Rock section of the city.

Caryn Kaufman, Fabrizi's press secretary, confirmed that Arthur R.

Hersh, owner of Fairfield-based Carrie Construction, is planning to build apartments at 3336 Fairfield Ave., site of the old Mary Journey's Inn.
