Franklin, Ohio, Paper Company Ordered to Stop Using Propane Tank.

May 1--FRANKLIN, Ohio--The city has ordered an Oxford Road paper company to immediately stop using an on-site propane tank until two items in the company's site plan are addressed.
Businesses and residents surrounding the Miami Wabash Paper Co., 413 Oxford Road, have twice complained to City Council that an 18,000-gallon propane tank is being used as a substation and not as an extra source of fuel for the company as initially requested.
