Wisconsin Natural Resources Board Approves Emergency Rules.

May 11--In a move that pleased both business and environmental groups, the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board approved emergency rules on Monday that will streamline grading work along waterways.

The new emergency rules define when a faster permit process can be used, and in cases where sensitive lands are involved, it allows a more deliberative process to kick in.
