Grover Beach, Calif., Adult-Business Restrictions Now in Full Effect.

Apr. 21--Two-and-a-half months after it was first approved by the City Council, all parts of Grover Beach's adult-business ordinance are in effect.

The state Coastal Commission on Thursday upheld the city's decision to allow adult uses in the coastal industrial zone, along Highway 1 on the city's western edge, said city attorney Martin Koczanowicz. The commission has jurisdiction over all coastal areas in California.
