Mar. 8--More than 20 people attended a hearing in Tilden Township Saturday on the Northern Berks Joint Comprehensive Plan.
The proposed plan would guide future land use in Tilden, Upper Tulpehocken, Upper Bern, and Windsor townships, Hamburg and Strausstown.
Glenn K. Neuhs of Spotts, Stevens and McCoy, Inc., Wyomissing, said the proposal is a guide, not a zoning map, and that the plan can be changed.
