Stanford, Conn., Officials Look to Curb Illegal Multifamily Dwellings.

Feb. 18--STAMFORD, Conn. -- City representatives agreed illegal multifamily apartments are a problem throughout the city, but took no action last night to prevent their spread.

"It is happening all over," city Rep. Robert "Gabe" DeLuca, R-14, said during a meeting of the Board of Representatives Land Use Committee.
