Judge files $65 million lawsuit against cleaner.(TALK OF THE TRADE)

A Washington, D.C., judge filed a $65 million lawsuit against his local drycleaner over a lost pair of pants.

Plaintiff Roy Pearson filed papers last month against Jin and Soo Chung, operators of Washington's Custom Cleaners. Custom allegedly lost a favorite pair of pants he wished to wear on his first day on the bench. The Chungs eventually offered up to $12,000 in a series of settlement offers that Pearson and his counsel rejected.
