Jun. 17--The Colorado Supreme Court on Monday denied a petition for rehearing its recent 4-2 ruling granting San Luis-area residents access to Taylor Ranch grazing, firewood and timber.
Chief Justice Mary Mullarkey and Justices Alex Martinez, Michael Bender and Greg Hobbs voted to keep their ruling intact. Only Justices Rebecca Love Kourlis and Nancy Rice, who dissented from the original ruling, were open to rehearing the case.
