Jun. 11--MONTREAL--The city of Toronto issued North America's first full marriage licenses to homosexual couples yesterday, after an Ontario court knocked down Canada's legal definition of marriage, the union of a man and a woman, as a violation of the country's Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
