Amended Lawsuit Targets Three Newspapers in Buffalo, N.Y., Region.

May 11--Executives at Hollinger International cheated their publishing company out of millions of dollars when they bought newspapers in Olean, Salamanca and Bradford, Pa., four years ago, according to new civil charges filed by the newspaper chain.

Hollinger, now run by a special committee, is suing its former chairman Conrad M. Black, former president F. David Radler and others, charging they illegally enriched themselves through insider deals.
