Mark Bradshaw Named Partner at Marshack Shulman Hodges & Bastian.

The law firm of Marshack Shulman Hodges & Bastian LLP (MSHB) today announced that Mark Bradshaw has been named partner at the firm, and will continue to focus on complex bankruptcy matters

and bankruptcy-related litigation.

A California native, Mr. Bradshaw is a 1991 graduate of the University of California Irvine and received his Juris Doctor degree in 1997 from Whittier Law School where he graduated summa cum laude. He joined the firm in 1998 after working for four of the bankruptcy judges in the Central District of California. Mr. Bradshaw is a member of the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association and the bankruptcy-based Orange County Bankruptcy Forum. Additionally, he has written on numerous topics related to bankruptcy.
