Biskup is responsible for coordinating and overseeing worldwide legal compliance programs for Ford, the $171.7 billion auto manufacturer based in Dearborn, Mich.
Prior to his current position, Biskup served as assistant general counsel for transactions and financing matters. In that capacity, he was responsible for all legal matters related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other business associations. Biskup has also served as assistant general counsel for environmental, safety and regulatory matters.
Biskup has held a variety of other senior legal positions, including the coordination of Ford's litigation strategy in class action and other complex commercial litigation matters.
Before joining Ford in 1995, Biskup was a member of the international law firm of Sidley Austin Brown & Wood, where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of business transactions, litigation and regulatory matters.
