The library consists of publications that address a wide range of research and practice needs with information from primary statutes and regulations, as well as analysis from experienced practitioners. It consists of two core publications and a variety of optional materials. "CCH Trade Regulation Reporter" provides full text and analysis of laws, rules, guidelines, government enforcement activity and private litigation at both the federal and state levels. It includes current development and news in the antitrust and trade regulation fields and carries summaries of U.S. antitrust cases, texts of U.S. business review letters and texts of pending U.S. consent decrees. The title's archive includes all cases published since 1977, plus all U.S. Supreme Court cases reported since 1932.

"Antitrust Law: An Analysis of Antitrust Principles and Their Application" includes analysis and commentary on antitrust principles and practice, with coverage of federal and state courts' relevant decisions, including links to full text of court decisions, statutes, guidelines and other official documents.
