coverage if a lawyer's professional act (or omission) results in the client inflicting bodily injury or property damage to another party, or if personal injury and/or property damage is incurred by a client who brings an action for injuries and or damages suffered. The policy also provides for defense costs, legal fees, and court costs of the defendant, even if the suit is without foundation.
