Commerce Department Official Touts Bush Trade Policies at Wisconsin Conference.

Apr. 6--APPLETON, Wis. -- Critics who charge President Bush has been too lenient with trade violators need to hear the facts, a Department of Commerce official told an Appleton audience Monday.

James J. Jochum, assistant secretary for import administration, was appointed by Bush last August.
