I couldn't agree more with your editorial, "Getting in Tune" (May 2005, pp. 6-7). Good video sometimes is best made by good audio.

Question, though: I thought copyright restrictions still were an issue in regards to using copyrighted materials in one's own productions. I, for one, don't ever do that with the material I produce without the proper release/royalty payment, etc. Your editorial references many popular songs that can be used in one's productions with barely any mention of copyright restrictions.
