PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 1, 2004

QuietTiger Inc. (OTC: QTIG), an international marketer of digital content security and enhancement products for the music and entertainment industry, has concluded an agreement with DIC Entertainment (http://www.dicentertainment.com), a preeminent children's entertainment company, to utilize SunnComm's MediaMax M4(TM) copyright protection and content management technologies on the upcoming Strawberry Shortcake enhanced CD sampler. The agreement adds a new platform to QuietTiger's expanding portfolio of industries utilizing digital content management, CD enhancement and copyright security.

Scheduled for release in Parent's Magazine's June 2004 issue, the all-new Strawberry Shortcake gift-with-purchase enhanced CD sampler marks the first time that the children's entertainment industry has copy-managed an audio release. Redeemable with a purchase of $25 worth of Strawberry Shortcake products, the CD features a Strawberry Shortcake five minute video short, "Growing Better All the Time"; popular music from KOCH Records' (http://www.kochint.com) "Strawberry Jams" audio CD; an interactive game sampler from Riverdeep; with printable coloring pages from Dalmatian Press, including a link to the Strawberry Shortcake Web site. (http://www.dicentertainment.com/dic_shows.html#Strawberry)

The Strawberry Shortcake enhanced CD sampler was developed to give children clear, simple messages and lessons about social interaction, while at the same time, encouraging singing and dancing. Since the enormously successful relaunch of the brand in first quarter 2003, Strawberry Shortcake has generated over $210 million at retail across all categories, building it into one of the top-selling children's properties last year.

SunnComm's MediaMax, the one reliable and universally playable solution for content copy management and copyright protection, offers owners of the Strawberry Shortcake CD a legal and easy-to-use interactive licensed framework which empowers the consumer to copy and share the content in harmony with the wishes of the copyright owner. The groundbreaking Strawberry Shortcake CD sampler will allow children to burn copies of each of three tracks from the sampler to send a song from the CD to a friend using SunnComm's MusicMail(TM). The bonus content and enhancements are accessible via a multimedia user interface which is added as a special session mastered on the disc and integrated as part of the MediaMax product.

"We were excited to open this new and lucrative market segment for the MediaMax solution," said Bill Whitmore, president of QuietTiger, the marketing arm for the MediaMax copy management technology. "The ability to utilize our technology platform within the children's entertainment industry is a significant breakthrough. I believe our organization has staked a claim as an industry leader in content security and enhancement solutions." He added, "It is great when world-class companies like DIC Entertainment and KOCH Records recognize and take advantage of the myriad of features found in the MediaMax technology, and I'm thrilled to have the opportunity of working together with them."

According to Artie Ripp, DIC consultant and music industry pioneer, "Unfortunately, CD piracy is everywhere. I wanted to have a proven and reliable protection solution for our CD release that also plays on all playback systems while helping to stem the 'casual' copying of our copyrights and products. Additionally, I was looking for an enhanced entertainment product to provide the consumer with bonus features on their PCs when the CD is used as directed. I firmly believe SunnComm's MediaMax technology can help audio and music copyright owners achieve increased sales while meeting government and consumer user concerns. The Strawberry Shortcake CD sampler allows consumers to use MediaMax's MusicMail to share song files legally from the CD which also presents an additional promotion and consumer information opportunity. We at DIC welcome the addition of SunnComm and QuietTiger to our team and look forward to working with them on future DIC audio releases."
