Jul. 7--BUILDERS WELCOME ENDANGERED SPECIES FEE ON HOMES: Developer fees are likely to rise soon in the Inland Empire, but the leading trade organization for home builders isn't protesting.

In fact, the Riverside County chapter of the Building Industry Association supports the fee hikes, which are expected to be v oted into law July 15.

The Board of Supervisors July 1 voted unanimously to consider fees that would range from $859 to $1,651 for each home,
