DemandStar.com Signs 12 New GovernmentAgencies.

MAITLAND, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 17, 2000

DemandStar.com, Inc. (OTCBB:DMND), an Internet-based government-purchasing network, announced today it recently signed agreements with twelve new agencies in six states.

New agency members include City of

Missouri City (TX), City of Bryan (TX), Dallas Metrocare Services (TX), the City of McKinney (TX), Georgetown County (SC), Florence County (SC), the City of Lynnwood (WA), the City of Westminster (CO), the Tohono O'odham Utility Authority (AZ), Polk County Sheriff's Office (FL), City of Naples (FL), and Broward County School District (FL), which is the fifth largest school district in the United States.

DemandStar.com now has contracts with more than 50 public sector agencies including cities, counties, airport authorities, utilities, and school districts.
