Nov. 21--Disgraced Miami-Dade teachers union boss Pat Tornillo suffers so many debilitating ailments that he may not survive the two-year prison sentence recommended in a controversial plea agreement, according to medical records and court documents obtained Thursday by The Herald.
Federal prosecutors, who were blasted as being too lenient by hundreds of teachers and their supporters, acknowledged in court papers that Tornillo's age -- 78 -- and deteriorating health were "important
