Rite Aid's Former Chairman Won't Withdraw 2 Guilty Pleas.

May 13--Martin L. Grass, former chairman and CEO of Rite Aid Corp., has decided not to withdraw his guilty pleas to two conspiracy charges, and a new plea agreement with the government is expected to be filed today, a courthouse spokesman said Wednesday.
