Honolulu Engineer District.

Honolulu Engineer District. The Corps will award two contracts for services and construction of medical facilities. They will provide for a rapid response to maintenance, major repair and minor construction needs. About 10 percent of the work will be at non-medical facilities. The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts will have time and materials capabilities and be offered on an unrestricted basis. Each will have a one-year base and two option years. The maximum award fee for each contract will be $2.4 million
