American Medical Technologies Announces Cooperative Agreement.

American Medical Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:ADLI) announced that it has signed a cooperative agreement with CEFLA S.c.r.l.

Under the agreement, American Medical Technologies

was granted the exclusive rights to distribute, in the United States, the exquisitely designed operatory equipment which CEFLA manufacturers in Italy under the Anthos trade name. An additional important element is that the parties will cooperate to integrate the five high-tech dental equipment lines of American Medical into the Anthos chairs and units.
