Besen & Associates announced the following transactions:
* The sale of 46 W. 22nd St., a five-story loft building in New York City, for $2.2 million. Ron Cohen, of Besen & Associates, represented both parties in the transaction;
* The sale of 169-07 and 169-09 Jamaica Ave., s mixed-use building in Queens, N.Y., for $1.7 million. Lou Corti, Perry Lee and Shallini Mehra, of Besen & Associates, negotiated this transaction.
